At Rocklea Truck Parts, we take pride in supplying quality truck seats and components. Please read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns on truck seats under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- All brackets, fittings, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Item must be in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for all return freight costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Incorrect or Incompatible Purchases
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the seat is suitable for their vehicle prior to purchase. If you are unsure, please contact our team before ordering.
We are not responsible for return freight costs where an incorrect item was ordered by the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photos of the packaging and the product.
- Do not install the item if you believe it is faulty.
If deemed faulty or damaged in transit, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Installed or used seats
- Custom-ordered or modified seats
- Clearance or special-order items
Warranty
Truck seats are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Misuse or modification
- Normal wear and tear
